Management of Change

With the flurry of initiatives educational institutions deal with on an annual basis, managing change is a high priority for all. Organisations need to manage people that have to implement change effectively to keep them motivated and on track. The material contained in this section is designed to be an introduction to change management with summaries of the theoretical knowledge and some practical examples as applied to education (especially the implementation of Triple Science into a school curriculum).
