Help with Word, Excel and other document formats

Some downloadable documents are available in Microsoft Word, Rich Text Format (RTF) and Microsoft Excel formats. These formats are provided so users of the web site can fill in forms electronically, and print out the document for signing by hand, or returning by email. Where possible PDF versions are also supplied but these are not editable.

Viewers are available free of charge to computer users who do not have Microsoft Word, Excel or Office programs.

Many other programs can be used to view and edit documents which are in Microsoft Word, RTF or Excel formats. Examples which may be installed on your computer include Lotus Smartsuite, Ability Office, Open Office, Star Office, Microsoft Works 2000.
